For a project to achieve the Remax certified designation:

1. It must submit all legal documentation, such as building permits, operating license, use permits, conform to all local zoning regulations.
   
   
2. To submit all arquitectural plans, water, electrical, sewage etc, etc . From foundation to decorations, Remax wants it on paper.
   
   
3. To have a start to finish building plan including material sourcing, labor sourcing, procurement of any special equipment or tools to complete project.
   
   
4. To be able to demonstrate verifiable fund sourcing to complete project. After submitting these documents we then thouroly scrutinize all aspects of such project, from top to bottom to insure our customers can make a secure and sound investment. Then and only then willl they recieve there designation as"Remax PLC Certified"
